The Basics
SoundsBox has got the worst customer service of all the mp3 download sites we've reviewed, apart from MP3 Search. The pair of them together have not replied to a single email or query we have had since we found their sites almost a year ago.That aside, their site really isn't as good as it looks. They have the smallest number of tracks available out of all the mp3 sites, with only 210,000 songs to download.
MP3 songs are priced at 14¢ each, which doesn't compete with other sites on the web that can offer a lot more music for a lot less cost.
